Terms of Service

By accessing or using Zinthi ("the Service") at zinthi.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Zinthi LLC ("Zinthi", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read these terms carefully.

1. Use of the service

Zinthi is a workspace for team communication and collaboration, including email, chat, voice and video calls, and collaborative whiteboards. You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to transmit spam, illegal content, or content that violates others' rights
• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email or violate the CAN-SPAM Act or any similar laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at hello@zinthi.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Connected accounts (Gmail and others)

Zinthi Mail allows you to connect external email accounts (such as Gmail) via OAuth. When you connect an account:

• You authorize Zinthi to access your mail on your behalf within the scope you grant during the OAuth flow
• You may revoke this access at any time, either through Zinthi's settings or directly through your provider (for Gmail: myaccount.google.com/permissions)
• You remain responsible for complying with the terms of service of your connected provider

4. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to Zinthi. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not sell your content or use it for advertising purposes. We do not use your content to train generalized AI or machine learning models.

5. Availability

We aim to keep Zinthi available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

6. Payments and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, but we'll work with you if something goes wrong — just reach out.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

Zinthi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zinthi LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
